High school diploma or GED.
1-3 years of electrical experience.
Technical certificate in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing repair.
Experience working in a maintenance department with knowledge of equipment setup, operating procedures, and preventive maintenance techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and related equipment and systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop and engineering drawings, electrical drawings, work orders, operating manuals, logs, and maintenance instructions.
Mechanical and spatial aptitude with the ability to disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment.
Employees must be flexible with scheduled hours based on operational needs.
