Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

6-10 years of experience in materials management, supply chain operations, manufacturing planning, or related functions.

Experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and global manufacturing operations.

Strong background in inventory management, production scheduling, materials planning, and supply chain execution.

Experience with ERP, MRP, or supply chain management systems.

Knowledge of manufacturing capacity planning, supplier management, and logistics operations.

Experience leading teams and influencing without direct authority across global organizations.

Experience supporting hardware manufacturing, cloud infrastructure, networking, server, or high-tech operations environments preferred.

Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing ramp activities preferred.

Experience in cloud infrastructure, hyperscale, or data center operations environments.

Experience with Oracle ERP or Oracle Supply Chain applications preferred.
