Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility

Bachelors of Arts/Bachelors of Science degree in a relevant field such as Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Behavioral Science, Military Science, or another applicable field

5+ years of experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing operations in the information environment (i.e. Psychological Operations (PSYOP), Operations Security (OPSEC), Defense Deception Activities, Electronic Warfare, Cyberspace Operations, Public Affairs, and/or Information Operations)

3+ years of demonstrated experience in military planning processes including Joint Planning Process (JPP), military decision-making process, joint targeting process, and/or military campaign planning

Proficient in standard military software applications and communication systems

Completion of advanced OIE-relevant training such as FA30 Information Operations Qualification Course, Joint Information Planners Course (JIPC (formerly JIOPC)), OPSEC Planners Course, MILDEC Planners Course, PSYOP Planners Course, and/or Joint Targeting School

Active TS/SCI clearance

Comfortable with military planning at the operational level, to include experience at CCMD, Service Component Command, and/or Joint Task Force level

Experience coordinating and synchronizing military operations with multinational and/or interagency teammates

Successful prior experience briefing IO/OIE concepts to senior/executive-level decision makers
