5–10 years of combined project/program management experience, including oversight of large-scale technology initiatives
5–7 years of information technology and/or business experience
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across a portfolio — not just a single team — with strong prioritization and cross-team dependency management
Working knowledge of the SAFe Framework, along with risk, procurement, and change management methodologies
Experience monitoring and controlling project budgets and costs
Experience with project management tooling such as JIRA, Advanced Roadmaps, or DragonBoat
Ability to use data-driven analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend delivery improvements
Credible understanding of multiple technology domains (mainframe, client-server, web, cloud, infrastructure, AI) and the ability to adapt quickly to new business and technology
