A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a maintenance mechanic in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong troubleshooting ability with mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and motors is essential.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods.
Willingness to work in an environment that may involve exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
