Thorough understanding of TxDOT Standard Specifications, roadway construction practices, and contract requirements.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, profiles, and specifications.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Valid Texas Driver License (CDL preferred but not required).
Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and travel to project locations as needed.
