Experience with modern powered conveyor systems, fork truck equipment, and computer-based maintenance systems is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of five years of full-time experience in facilities and equipment maintenance management is required.
Proven success in maintaining mobile material handling vehicles (fork trucks), powered conveyor and sortation systems, storage racks and fixtures, and various building systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and related equipment is required.
Demonstrated expertise in facility maintenance, staff supervision, some budgeting, and maintenance training is necessary.
Education: Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma with a technical school certificate or higher education, preferably in facility maintenance or related areas; any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
