Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in CNC Setup and Operation, specifically with both Vertical and Horizontal Milling Centers.

Proficient in reading and interpreting complex technical blueprints, GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and engineering drawings.

Demonstrated expertise using precision hand tools, including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and depth gauges.

Strong competency in shop math, including trigonometry and decimals, to calculate offsets and speeds/feeds.

Ability to stand for the duration of a shift (8+ hours) and safely lift/move materials up to 40 lbs.

Unwavering commitment to PPE requirements and shop safety protocols.

Hands-on experience with GibbsCAM or similar CAM software for program tweaks or full setups.

Experience operating or programming CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines).

Advanced understanding of specialized work-holding fixtures and custom tool geometry.

Completion of a vocational program, NIMS certification, or a formal Machinist Apprenticeship.

Experience with machining castings is a plus.

20-24 Hourly Wage
