At least 18 years old required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience preferred.
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be able to lift, carry, and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights, including overhead.
Required to push, pull, sit, stand, reach, grasp, twist, bend, and move from one area to another.
Required operation of equipment such as a cash register, electric and manual hand jacks, floor scrubber and cardboard baler.
Must reside within travel radius as travel is required to surrounding stores within 30 miles or a 45-minute drive, whichever is less, for management coverage as needed.
Travel to the divisional office or training centers for meetings and/or training occasionally.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external parties.
