4-6 years of direct experience setting up, programming, and operating 5-axis CNC Mills.

Proficiency utilizing 3D CAD/CAM software for component modeling, toolpath generation, and assembly management.

Clear, expert-level understanding of raw G and M code scripting and manipulation.

Direct experience machining aerospace-grade composites, carbon fibers, or complex flight structures.

Familiarity with commonly used aerospace and commercial specifications for flight materials, processing, fasteners, and mechanical tolerances.

Solid understanding of workshop health and safety regulations to minimize the risk of workplace accidents.

Proficiency using basic digital shop tracking tools and the Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to lift and move roughly 50 to 75 pounds as required for material handling.

Ability to remain standing at your workstation throughout the shifts in a precision machine shop environment.

Experience operating Haas, Okuma OSP, or Heidenhain controls is a plus.

Familiarity with standard practices for manufacturing parts from high-strength aerospace alloys, including Aluminum, Titanium, and High Nickel alloys (e.g., Inconel).

Familiarity with automated part-loading setups (pallet changers, robotic arms), additive manufacturing, Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), or Zeiss CMM inspection.

Proficiency with ASME Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) principles.

$18-$24/HR DOE

Small hand * tools must be furnished by the employee

Monday-Friday – Second Shift

Regular attendance and punctuality are required of all employees.

Experience with 480 volts, industrial settings, and 3-phase systems is required.

Must be proficient in English

Minimum 5 years' experience in Industrial and/or Manufacturing maintenance.

Valid Driver License

Ability to maintain a good driving record.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency and/or a demonstrated technical aptitude to learn; Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

Demonstration of basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units to measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals)

Forklift experience required
