1+ years prior experience working on heavy duty-trucks and equipment.

1+ years DOT inspection experience required.

$86,628 – $108,675 / annually.

Mechanic or Technical lead in a factory: proven experience in executing proactive and reactive maintenance plans in a high speed fast paced environment

Troubleshooting exposure across a factory ( End to End )

Basic understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies. (LEAN, DMAIC, 5why, BDA, TPM).

Working knowledge and understanding of AMM / CMMS systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS).

Must be able to Travel up to 75% with required tools

Must be willing to work weekends

Candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance to support occasional onsite needs.

Candidates must possess strong English language skills

Proficiency in English is essential

Technical Trade School for Industrial Maintenance or equivalent work experience in maintenance, technical or operations (preferred industrial, electrical or mechanical).

SAP Preferred

Must own tools applicable to position

Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools

Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams

High School diploma

Valid driver's license

Acceptable driving record

Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.

Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times

Field Technicians may be required to be clean shaven in order to enter worksites for EquipmentShare customers who have this requirement

1-3 years' experience performing maintenance duties

Capacity to read, write, and speak English, such as, the ability to read and receive and all work instructions, service requests, comprehension of required trainings, understand labels on containers, and verbally communicate with associates, residents and vendors; complete required paperwork on own.

Accurately take measurements and perform basic arithmetic

General computer skills in Microsoft Office and property management based software

Frequently operate maintenance equipment such as, but not limited to, hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, snow and ice removal equipment, ladders, landscaping equipment and safety devices

Safely use chemicals, paint, and general cleaning supplies

High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred

Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful

HVAC and CPO certification preferred
