Full-Time

Hours 40 hrs/week, 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

High school diploma or general education equivalent (GED).

Zero to two years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, residential upkeep, or general repair work.

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and multi-meters.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders throughout an 8-hour shift.

Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of equipment or supplies safely.

Comfort working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

$20/hour.

Days: Monday-Friday

Start time: 5:00 AM; finish time varies based on deliveries.

Occasional Saturdays may be required.

Valid Class C driver's license.

At least 6 months of verifiable box truck driving experience.

Previous heavy-touch freight experience required.

Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).

Clean background.

Ability to pass a drug test

Comfortable using a tablet and taking photos for delivery documentation.

Progressive experience in the construction and renovation of healthcare facilities with proven ability to administer all phases of health care construction.

Proven advanced Construction/ Project management skills and ability to manage multiple large projects of $50M or greater, including experience in dealing with a large and diverse number of simultaneous challenges often requiring knowledge of many different disciplines

High-level Construction Management process competencies

Proven track record of being able to manage very large and complex projects within time constraints and budget

Ability to manage, coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through construction

Able to execute complex renovation and upgrade projects within operational healthcare environments.

High level understanding of contract language and project accounting

Strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and basic Windows environment.

Familiarity with standard construction industry software, including scheduling with Primavera P6, MS Project and competency and experience utilizing Construction/Project Management Software

The ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearance to support site requirements.

This involves a background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit check.

15+ years preferred

Procore preferred

Full-time residence in South Korea or Japan preferred.

Experience with Federal procurement requirements

Understanding of military chain of command structure and requisite interfaces with elected and appointed government officials

Candidate's first language must be English.

Korean or Japanese language skills would be a benefit.

Strong understanding of healthcare codes and standards (e.g. FGI Guidelines, NFPA 101, UFGS)

Bachelor's Degree (Masters or Professional registration preferred) in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.

MBA and/or Masters in Project Management desired.

PgMP, PMI or PMP certification strongly preferred

Past experience with Federal procurement requirements.

UMCS experience desired.

ASHE professional certification as a Certified Health Care Constructor (CHC)

BAS Industry certifications, licenses, and/or training (Metasys, Tridium Niagara N4, etc)
