Prior US Navy Submarine Fire Control Technician experience

Hands-on experience with the US Navys AN/BYG-1 Tactical Control System (TCS).

Strong US Navy Submarine Fire Control Technician experience, including practical operation and maintenance of submarine fire control systems.

Prior US Navy Submarine experience

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems without direct access to software developers, including diagnosing hardware, software, and integration issues.

Experience performing system testing, subsystem testing, and software testing in a DoD production delivery environment.

Knowledge of test engineering concepts, principles, and theories as applied to complex defense systems.

Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Knowledge of requirements management and system modeling, including how to align tests with requirements and system behavior.

Ability and willingness to travel to other locations as needed for testing and integration activities.

Active Secret security clearance or the ability to start with an Interim Secret clearance.

Completion of submarine maintenance school at rank E4 or above
