2–3+ years of sanitation, manufacturing, or leadership experience preferred
Ability to work hands-on in a production environment
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Comfortable standing, walking, climbing, and operating equipment
Ability to safely operate tools, forklifts, and sanitation equipment
Must be able to follow Safety Data Sheet (SDS) requirements and enforce proper PPE use
Must be able to mix, apply, and verify sanitation chemical concentrations correctly (titration/test strips)
Must be able to validate that work areas and equipment have been properly cleaned and sanitized using ATP testing
Must be able to conduct and coordinate the end-of-shift pre-operational (pre-op) inspection
Must be able to ensure accurate, legible, real-time completion of SSOP records, daily sanitation checklists, and ATP logs
Understanding of cleaning validation versus cleaning itself; experience using an ATP testing device (luminometer) to verify sanitation is a plus
Knowledge of lockout/tagout (LOTO) and safe equipment disassembly and reassembly
Familiarity with environmental monitoring, zone-based cleaning, and responding to presumptive Listeria positives in a ready-to-eat (RTE) environment preferred
Multilingual skills are a plus

Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
