High school diploma or GED with 3 years related experience, or an Associates degree in a technical field (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, including dimensions, views, tolerances, and basic symbols.
Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;).
Ability to understand inspection data and explain how it correlates to the manufactured part.
Basic math skills are required.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and digital inspection/reporting systems.
Position requires direct contact on the manufacturing floor and requires ambulation.
Trade Compliance / Work Authorization: Due to export control regulations, this position requires U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status.
Export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of ITAR and EAR.
Candidates must qualify as either a U.S. citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee, a National of a country that is not prohibited from having access to U.S. controlled technology (via a letter of assurance), or a Person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency.
