High school diploma or GED required
Working knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management software, and barcode scanning systems
Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, lot tracking, expiration management, and inventory reconciliation
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and healthcare industry quality standards
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies, procedures, safety regulations, customer requirements, and operational documentation
Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing
