Hands-on experience with PCB/PCBA assembly and rework, including both through-hole and surface-mount technology (SMT).
Strong soldering skills with the ability to work on fine-pitch and small components, including 0402 packages.
Ability to troubleshoot at the component and board level using standard electronic test equipment.
Experience prototyping and building test setups and fixtures based on engineering documentation.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and printed wiring board documentation.
Competence using digital multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, function generators, and power supplies.
Ability to read and follow written test and verification procedures accurately and consistently.
Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook, including basic scheduling and documentation tasks.
Experience with soldering, wiring, and mechanical construction of enclosures.
Familiarity with Altium design tools and printed wiring board documentation, including gerber plots.
Experience with PLC systems and/or LABVIEW for test automation or data acquisition.
Exposure to microcontroller programming tools for basic configuration or test support.
Experience using hi-pot testers for safety and insulation testing.
