5+ years of experience supporting manufacturing systems in a production environment.
Experience supporting or integrating new technologies into live manufacturing operations.
Strong understanding of industrial automation environments, including experience working alongside PLC-controlled equipment.
Hands-on experience with MES platforms and ERP systems (Oracle strongly preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field OR equivalent manufacturing systems experience.
Minimum: BSME/IE/Business Operations Management and 6 + years manufacturing engineering/operations experience as an individual contributor.
Comfortable working directly with technicians and engineers in fast-paced production environments.
Preferred Years of Experience, 5 to 7 years
Working knowledge of how MES, ERP, automation, and data systems integrate across the factory floor.
Proven ability to influence change through technical expertise, strong communication, and cross-functional partnership, without formal authority.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
