Associate degree preferred
Equivalent experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role will be considered.
Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Ability to obtain the appropriate Pennsylvania health insurance license within 30 days of hire, including passing the required state licensing examination and completing AHIP certification.
Experience working directly with older adults or in a healthcare setting, such as senior living, home health, hospice, care coordination, or social work.
Background in sales, admissions, business development, account management, community outreach, case management, medical sales, or senior guardianship.
Experience in a customer-facing business-to-consumer or business-to-business environment.
Familiarity with Medicare or health insurance products.
