Flexible scheduling

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

You'll need a quiet, dedicated workspace

Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)

A PC with Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)

At least 8GB of RAM, with at least 4GB available for use

A processor capable of reliably running all required software and programs simultaneously

We do not currently contract with anyone outside of the US.

Each independent contractor services a minimum of 20 hours per week

At least one year of experience in a call center customer service environment is preferred

Medical office, pharmacy, or non-clinical medical experience is very helpful

$23.00 hourly _\+ mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission_

Base hourly rate is guaranteed for all hours worked and paid bi-weekly.

Part-Time

5 evenings/week – Hours: 4:05pm to 9:00pm

Work hours may vary based on business needs and market demand. While a standard schedule is provided, flexibility may be required.

A valid driver's license

Satisfactory driving record

At least 1 year driving experience

Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan)

A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles)

A personal cellphone to keep in the know while on the job

Part time new hires gain eligibility for TSC Benefits by averaging at least 15 hours per week during their 90-day lookback period. The lookback period starts the first of the month following the date of hire. If the 15-hour requirement was met, the benefits eligibility date will be the first day of the month following 4 months of continuous service.

Possess the physical and mental stamina and ability to move throughout the store and outdoor areas quickly and safely.

Ability to push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with the assistance of proper material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jack, forklift, dolly, etc.).

Ability to lift and move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise.

Ability to safely load and unload a delivery truck.

Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Calendar.

Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete all documentation.

Ability to navigate using GPS systems and maps.

Ability to successfully complete all required training.
