High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Minimum of (3) or more years welding experience; using SMAW, FCAW, and GTAW in all positions
Ability to use a tape measure, levels, laser levels, combination square set, fixtures, hand tools, pneumatic air tools, guarded platforms, ladders, and any other appropriate welding and material handling equipment.
Ability to use basic mathematics, work from prints, sketches, written/verbal instruction, and operational method sheets.
Ability to perform continuous physical work including moving heavy weight materials, handling chain falls, structural shapes, and work in strenuous positions.
Ability to work safely at all times. Constant care is necessary to prevent injury.
