Career path planning and continuing education

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.

4 years auto physical damage estimating experience.

Currently possess or acquire and maintain individual I-CAR Platinum Pro-Level 3 certification within 12 months of hire.

Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and designated number of attempts.

Proficiency with CCC vehicle damage estimating system

Current P&C; insurance adjuster license

I-CAR Platinum certification

Experience with STARS or other automotive Direct Repair Programs (DRP)

US military experience gained through military service or gained as a military spouse / domestic partner.

At least 1 year of management experience.

Food service, hospitality, senior living, healthcare dining, or related operational leadership experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Hourly Pay: $15 - $22

Provide proof of one of the following qualifications: * A valid and verifiable Pennsylvania nurses license OR * A valid and verifiable Pennsylvania certified nurse aide certification OR * Certificate of completion from state approved home health aide program. OR * Has demonstrated competency by passing a competency evaluation developed by the Home Care Agency which meets the requirements of the state OR * Completion of a training program developed by a Home Care Agency or Home Care Registry, or other entity which meets the requirements of the state or training program meeting the standards imposed on the agency or registry by virtue of the agency's or registry's participating as a provider in a Medicaid waiver or other publicly funded program providing home and community based services to qualifying consumers OR * Successful completion of another program identified by the Department by subsequent publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin or on the Departments website
