High school diploma or GED required.
2-4 years of machining, tool & die, or related manufacturing experience.
Strong understanding of measuring instruments, gauges, and cutting tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, routers, and technical drawings.
Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
