Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.

High school diploma/GED.

Six (6) months courier experience preferred.

Must be able to demonstrate area knowledge.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.

Must obtain and maintain a valid driver's license in accordance with your state requirements for type of vehicle assigned and have good driving record as outlined in policy.

Must meet and maintain the qualifications as outlined in the federal motor carrier safety regulations.

Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations.

Note: there are specific requirements for any employee that operates a company vehicle.

Thorough knowledge of the station's service area preferred.

Demonstrated skills in adaptability, dependability, and excellent courier methods.

The associate works non-traditional business hours including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays and on-call.

Medium / Heavy Duty truck technical training

High school diploma or GED required

2-year school and 1 year of experience or 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair

Current and valid driver's license

Annual Inspector Certification, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Brake Inspector Certification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

609 HVAC Certification

ASE certifications; Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks (Preferred, Not Required)

Four days per week

Bachelor's degree in a product development related discipline (e.g. Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Industrial Design or Business).

2+ years of increasing responsibility for New Product Development project and personnel management involving a broad range of technologies and processes.

Must demonstrate an ability to build cohesive high-performance teams, improve design processes and communicate effectively with associates and executives.

Experience and/or passion for interior design, high-end luxury products, etc. is preferred.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.
