At least 1 year of experience in inspection, assembly, testing, manufacturing, quality control, automotive repair, machining, construction, or related technical fields.
Ability to read and use basic measuring tools such as calipers for dimensional inspection.
Familiarity with electrical components, wiring, or electromechanical systems in a production or technical environment.
Comfort working on the production floor around large transformer and cabinet assemblies and related power distribution equipment.
Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift while inspecting products across the production floor.
Ability to follow written work instructions, specifications, and inspection procedures consistently.
Basic computer skills and ability to work from electronic documentation and digital inspection records.
Comfort using a tablet or similar device to record inspection data and complete electronic forms.
