Experience operating industrial production machinery (e.g., CNC, injection molding, metal stamping).
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying).
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
Ability to use basic hand tools.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot machinery.
Ability to take and read measurements.
Basic computer skills (ability to interact with computer screens).
Ability to lift 25-50 pounds safely and efficiently.
