Proven experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician or strong B+ Automotive Technician in an independent automotive repair environment
Ability to independently diagnose vehicle concerns and complete major mechanical repairs without constant supervision
Hands-on experience with engine and transmission removal and replacement
Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, CAN bus communication networks, and diagnostic procedures
Proficiency using automotive scan tools, oscilloscopes, and related diagnostic equipment
Ability to maintain strong productivity in a flat-rate environment while delivering accurate, high-quality repairs
Advanced diagnostic expertise is expected for A-Level consideration, while strong mechanical repair skills with moderate diagnostic capability are expected for B+ consideration
