RESUME MUST INCLUDE APQP TO BE CONSIDERED

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

5+ years of experience supporting product development, engineering systems, quality systems, requirements management, or related engineering processes.

Demonstrated experience with APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and risk management methodologies.

Experience supporting requirements management and engineering change processes.

Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, IT, and business leadership.

Experience leading initiatives across diverse teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

The ideal candidate brings experience from product development, systems engineering, quality engineering, or engineering business systems environments and has a strong understanding of APQP, requirements management, and risk management processes.

24/7 production environment

Rotating shifts, overtime

Strong skills in mechanical repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, and rotating equipment

Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in hot industrial conditions

Welding and fabrication ability required (SMAW, MIG, oxy-fuel cutting)

Strong troubleshooting

Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and respond to emergency maintenance needs

Familiarity with industrial safety procedures

Millwright - Steel/Foundry Experience Preferred

Industrial millwright experience in a steel mill, foundry, or heavy manufacturing environment preferred

$24.83—$31.76 USD

Ability to operate PC or PDP11 controlled equipment.

Proven ability to work successfully with computers, including Microsoft Suite experience.

High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).

Associates degree with a Technical focus or 18 months of related experience in general industry.
