Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Seven (7) or more years of progressive leadership experience in Account Management, Delivery Management, Operations Management, Government Healthcare, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in Medicaid, MMIS, Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES), Fiscal Agent operations, or related government healthcare programs.
Experience managing large-scale government contracts and operational service delivery organizations.
Strong knowledge of contract management, compliance programs, service level agreements, and operational governance.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, revenue, profitability, forecasting, and business performance.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
