25+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, such as semiconductor, aerospace, or medical device.
Hands-on experience with engineering drawings, including the ability to read and interpret detailed mechanical and electrical documentation.
Proficiency with CAD tools and SolidWorks for understanding assemblies and system layouts.
Ability to work confidently with schematics to guide electrical and fluid system installation and troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills for complex capital equipment builds.
Demonstrated troubleshooting ability to diagnose and resolve integration, wiring, and fitment issues.
Experience using SAP or other ERP systems in a manufacturing setting.
Background in manufacturing operations, including adherence to quality standards and regulated processes.
