Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-8:00pm

LPN

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice

Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days

TB skin test (current within last 12 months)

1 year required in GA

Must have reliable transportation

Employees must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons as appropriate.

Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.

Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
