Technical Trades School or equivalent in one or more trades including Machining, Welding, Electrical and/or Mechanical repair.
High school Diploma
3+ years of maintenance experience
Previous work experience should include maintenance activities such as buildings and grounds, machining and welding equipment, and mobile equipment.
3 years of on the job experience in lieu of formal education.
Must be willing to work overtime as required.
Must be available to address maintenance concerns at the facility outside normal work hours on a call-in basis.
Training in the use of wide range of tools used in maintenance of equipment and facilities including welders, electric and pneumatic hand tools and mobile equipment such as forklifts and man lifts.
Basic computer skills required to enter information into work order and maintenance database systems.
While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is primarily required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and bend.
Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
Corrected vision to 20/20 or adequate and ability to identify and distinguish colors.
Must be able to work in the U.S without sponsorship.
