Willing and able to work overtime and any shift.

High School Diploma or GED.

Associate's college degree in Manufacturing Technology related program; or 24 college credit hours in manufacturing technology related program; or completion of a CNC Operator Apprenticeship with a minimum of 288 hours; or hold a National Institute of Metal Working Skills - CNC Mill Operator CAR certification; or 1+ years of prior CNC machine operator experience

Willing and able to work overtime and any shift.

Ability to read, write, and speak English; interpret and follow written procedures (e.g., Aviation Work Instructions), complete documentation (e.g., routers), and follow verbal instructions.

Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as scales, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, surface plates, and surface testers.

Starting Pay: $16.57/hr. plus up to $2,580 in bonus opportunities for eligible new hires.*

Potential bonus opportunities up to $2,580 are available for eligible new hires based on role, location, hire date, attendance, hours worked, and continued employment through the required retention period.

$16.57/hr. base pay + 10% shift differential

10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Regular and predictable attendance is required

Must participate and certify in internal CCO training to begin this role.

Medicare will be expected to participate in and certify in internal Tier I Claims Part A, Claims Part B, and Claims DME training at a later date to complete your Tier I training for this role.

May be required to work overtime and scheduled holidays.

Working on-site at our office location is a key requirement for this position.

Being physically present at the worksite is essential for effective collaboration, communication, and supervision.

Applicants must be able to perform their duties on-site and meet attendance requirements.

Remote or at-home work options are not available for this role until completion of at least one year of employment with above-average performance, based on specified program criteria and at the company's discretion.

Evening and night shifts are highly preferred, with a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.
