Thorough knowledge of the market, competition, demand generators and new supply for each property within the district
Read and comprehend complex instructions and electronic learning systems.
Solid English skills regarding reading, writing and verbal communication to be able to communicate effectively with guests, associates, and outside vendors.
Basic knowledge of computers and software including the ability to use e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet software
Must possess analytical ability and skills
The associate is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls and talk, hear, or smell. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The associate is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Requires a minimum of four years hospitality management experience.
Two years of multi-property level hotel experience required.
Must have a valid driver's license
Successfully pass a motor vehicle check.
