Approximately 15+ years of experience in construction quality control, with a strong experience in QC for large construction projects.
Proven management experience leading and administering a project-wide quality control program.
Extensive experience in heavy civil, structural, and utility construction quality management.
In MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) quality control on complex projects.
Experience managing and developing a QC team, including training, performance management, and workload oversight.
Demonstrated ability to review design documents and provide technical feedback to designers.
Experience managing submittal reviews, approvals, and tracking via a submittal register.
Ability to identify, document, and resolve deficiencies and non-conformances, including monitoring corrective actions.
Ability to coordinate commissioning activities and completion inspections and manage documentation for project closeout.
OSHA 30 certification in construction safety.
Background in civil, structural, utility, and MEP disciplines within the construction industry.
Pre-employment substance abuse testing is required.
