Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with minimum 6 years of prior related experience; or Master of Science degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
Or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Experience with mechanical layout and packaging of such systems
6+ years experience using 3-D CAD software tools in design function, SolidWorks, or equivalent solid modeling software experience required
5+ years of experience in military and/or regulated industry specifications and standards pertaining to design, testing, hardware, material, and processes
5+ years of experience in Commercial/Navy/Military Specifications for environmental qualification testing
Experience with electro-mechanical systems design and analysis, including electro-mechanical calculations supporting mechanism design, component sizing, actuation, tolerance analysis, and system integration
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance
