Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid and current Pennsylvania ACT 235 certification REQUIRED
Must have at least 2 years of verifiable security, law enforcement, or related experience
Must have legitimate professional experience working in an armed security capacity
Must have your own required duty gear/equipment
Must have a valid driver's license
Must drive and have a reliable vehicle
Must have reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia construction site and other UPSS locations as assigned
Open availability is required
Must be willing and able to work various shifts, including days, afternoons, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Have a valid, current PA ACT 235 certification
Have prior professional armed security experience
Have their own required duty gear, including firearm, duty belt, holster, and other required equipment
Background check
Child Abuse Clearance, if required by an assigned site
Drug screening
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
