Achelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering; 5+ years in heavy civil and related functions plus thorough knowledge of civil construction industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
Excellent skills in P6 scheduling software and excellent computer skills Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, On Center OST, and MS Project.
Understands and abides by all government processes and regulations.
The employee is regularly required to use hands to type, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit.
The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
