5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management, with a strong track record of success in sales, operations, and team leadership.
Experience managing store performance, operational plans, KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L-related; results.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license
Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including Saturdays, opening and closing shifts, and occasional holidays as applicable.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the store, shop, parking lot, and customer areas as needed.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move throughout the shop and store environment regularly.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds as needed.
Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and refocus; use of safety goggles or other PPE as required.
