Three (3) years of experience in the customs brokerage industry
Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with FedEx Operating Company management, their customers, government agencies, T&B; staff and management
Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Customs and other federal agency laws, regulations and procedures governing the customs brokerage industry
Strong organizational and communication skills to develop and maintain corporate policies and procedures, including comprehensive written skills
Demonstrated presentation skills required to lead or assist in the development of status reporting
Extensive working knowledge of company and company computer systems, including SharePoint, are preferred
PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint are preferred
