Five or more years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, telecommunications, networking, information technology, wireless engineering, or a customer-facing technical role
Expertise in business connectivity, data services, Wi-Fi technology, wireless design techniques, networking, and implementation
Working knowledge of internet access, Ethernet, IP addressing, routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, network segmentation, resiliency, cybersecurity, SD-WAN, and fixed or mobile 5G/LTE connectivity
Ability to assess coverage, capacity, device density, roaming, interference, performance, and physical infrastructure considerations at a practical solution-design level
Experience working with floor plans, property maps, basic network diagrams, technical documentation, and site-assessment information
Bachelor's or associate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Teams
Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, property assessments, site walkthroughs, industry events, and internal collaboration
