Minimum 10+ years of industrial construction experience serving as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent.

Proven experience leading construction of cold storage, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, food processing, or other industrial facilities.

Strong safety mindset with the ability to lead by example and enforce safety standards on active jobsites.

Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and shop drawings to guide field execution.

Experience with CPM scheduling methodologies.

Knowledge of budget management and cost control practices related to field operations.

Familiarity with refrigeration systems and temperature-controlled facilities in food and beverage, distribution, and logistics sectors.

Experience working with general contractors and integrated project teams on large industrial and cold storage projects.

Ability to travel nationally and support projects on-site for extended durations.

Industrial construction management, including ground-up projects and design-build delivery.

Microsoft Project experience preferred

Pay: $25-$33/hr depending on experience

Shift: Monday-Fri 1:30pm-10:00pm

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to pass 3G FCAW test with open root

Demonstrated ability to weld on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and AR plate.

Ability to read and interpret full engineering blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.

5+ years of production welding and/or fabrication experience across multiple product types and materials in a custom fabrication environment.

Strong knowledge of safety protocols and practices in welding.

Capable of conducting weld inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with colleagues.

Perform Flux Core welding technique (FCAW) to weld metal components as per engineering specification.

Weld on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and AR plate, selecting and verifying appropriate filler metals, shielding gases, and pre/post-weld procedures for each material.

Read and interpret full engineering blueprints - fabrication drawings, weld symbols, dimensional tolerances, material specifications, bills of material, and general notes - and extract everything needed to complete an assignment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours.

This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided

Must own tools applicable to position

Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools

Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams

Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times

This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen

Employment is contingent on passing a background check

High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred

Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred

Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
