Education and/or experience: Requires a general educational knowledge normally acquired through a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED). 1-2 years related operating experience and/or training; An Understanding of technical skills including: Controlling operations of equipment or systems; watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly; determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed on equipment.

Requirements as a Safety-Sensitive position pre and post-employment screenings including but not limited to drug testing as outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and motor vehicle record (MVR) background checks are required.

Physically capable of climbing up and down, above, inside and under equipment

Capable of handling constant conditions associated with riding in a loader

Must be able to operate mobile equipment in compliance with company policies and procedures, standard practices and safety regulations

Education and/or Experience ... 1-2 years related operating experience and/or training

Physical Demands: regularly lift and/or move 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Willing to train on additional pieces of equipment

$22.25 Starting Pay

Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs

Able to safely operate a company vehicle

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment

Able to get in and out of a van 200+ times throughout the day

Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability required

Comfortable using a smartphone, GPS, and delivery apps

Must be safety-focused and customer-service minded

Weekend availability preferred

Delivery experience is a plus, but not required

$23.50 per hour

Paid Time Off

W2 employment with paid time off

Work a minimum of 20-29 hours per week (e.g., 2-3 shifts of varying length)

Minimum of 2-3 shifts per week (with flexible shift lengths)

Class A CDL

Must be at least 21 years old

Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)

Must successfully Pass DOT Physical

Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records

No current CDL suspension or revocation

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and good DAC Report

Successfully pass a background check

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Must be able to use handheld technology and smart phone applications such as GPS
