Master all company metal profiles and obtain certifications for each profile installed.
Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret Hover drawings for proper metal material take-offs and applications.
Stay current on new metal roofing verticals and complete certifications as required.****
Proven ability to read and interpret Hover drawings and calculate accurate material needs.
Strong understanding of metal roofing systems and installation practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable leading virtual meetings and remote troubleshooting.
Certifications in all company-installed metal profiles, or willing to acquire.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn Salesforce, Company Cam, Hover, and proprietary ordering systems.
Must be able to work in outdoor environments and physically on roofs for 95% of field hands-on training, 5% will be on ground training utilizing cutting tools and benders, 100% of on-site training will require presence from start to completion and signed off on the company's completion documentation with the IP and the customer's signature.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
