9/80 schedule

Every other Friday off

Formal schedule is M-Th, 7:30am-4:00pm, every other F 7:30am-4:00pm

Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all work instructions and training.

5 years or more of experience as an electronics quality inspector, with strong understanding and interpretation of blueprints/mechanical drawings. As well as inspection of electronic parts.

Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;).

Experience with selection, handling, and proper use of measurement instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.

Experience with Drawing/Blueprint reading.

Previous electronics and mechanical inspection experience

Basic computer program skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook)

This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.

High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Certification preferred.

Current or Prior NASA 8739, and or IPC J-STD-001 certification as an inspector and/or trainer

Experience in reading blueprints or equivalent using precision measuring equipment and working with various quality standards.

First Article Inspection (FAI) experience.

Experience with nonconformance tracking tools such as TIPQA or equivalent.

Experience in a Quality or similar organization, preferably in aerospace industry

Experience with companies that produce electrical or electronics products.
