High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).

Experience handling auto physical damage claims, including repair related claim decisions and settlements.

3 years of recent auto claims adjusting experience, including handling auto liability claims involving coverage investigations, disputed liability, and comparative negligence.

Experience independently managing an assigned auto claims inventory from investigation through resolution.

Successful completion of a job-related assessment may be required.

Acquisition and maintenance of required insurance adjuster licensing within 90 days and three attempts.

4 years of recent auto claims adjusting experience, including auto liability claims involving coverage investigations, disputed liability, and comparative negligence.

Total loss experience, including vehicle valuation and settlement negotiation.

Active adjuster's license or multiple state adjuster licenses.

Guidewire Claim Center experience.

Bachelor's degree.

US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner.
