Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
4+ years of professional software development experience using **Java**
3+ years of experience developing **REST** -based services with a strong emphasis on **API development.**
Experience building APIs using **Spring Boot**.
Experience developing applications using event-driven frameworks and messaging frameworks such as **Kafka**.
Experience implementing container-based APIs using **OpenShift, Docker, or Kubernetes**.
Experience working on **Agile** teams that deliver software in sprint-based development cycles.
