Working hours are 8 hours a day with a 30 minute lunch between the hours of 6am and 5pm. Schedule based on the teams need.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience as a project coordinator in the construction trades.

Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.

Roofing/Construction Industry background is a must.

Sage 300/Timberline, Workmax and Kronos experience is a plus

Bilingual in Spanish plus

Clear progression to Senior Digital Project Manager and Service Lead.

Full Time

5+ years in BIM, digital engineering, modeling or drafting across AEC, energy, mining or industrial (strong 3-year candidates considered)

Hands-on federated model management and clash detection

ACC (Forma), Revit, Navisworks and Revizto proficiency

ISO 19650 knowledge, including CDE setup and administration

Construction knowledge across the full project lifecycle

Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.(extensive experience accepted in lieu)

Mentoring experience

OpenBIM, automation and model QA/QC depth

Solibri, Civil3D, 12D, Synchro, Power BI, dRofus or Aconex

Database and asset lifecycle awareness

Site experience

Eligibility for defense-related security clearance

$70,000 - $90,000

5 years of experience in a detailing office

Certificate or diploma in structural steel detailing/drafting or similar

Training in 3D modeling software such as Tekla, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or Rhino

Strong ability to check shop drawings and 3D models for connections, sizes, materials, and geometry

Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel
