Strong interest in learning a skilled trade and working in a construction environment.
Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a crew, and show up reliably.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred/required based on location).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical work (standing, bending, climbing, kneeling).
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and on active construction sites (including ladders/scaffolding).
