Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 6 years of technical experience in manufacturing, capital projects, or cost engineering environments.
Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards including NEC, OSHA, and LOTO requirements.
Familiarity with Six Sigma, OEE, TPM, and reliability engineering practices.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with SAP and engineering design tools preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical and financial information clearly to leadership teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority, influence cross-functional teams, and drive project alignment across stakeholders.
Experience supporting capital planning, project justification, and long-term strategic decision-making.
Strong experience in cost estimation, budgeting, financial modeling, and cost-benefit analysis.
